Placing an Order

To place an order using our secured website, please use our secure online shopping basket and enter your credit card information.  If you would like to place an order by phone, please call 888.299.0655.

Minimum Order Requirement  

Feel free to order a sample before placing a large order.  Also, feel free to offer ideas, ask about creative ways to personalize an item or enlighten us on items you think might make good favors.  We love to hear your ideas!

If you are unhappy with an item, please send an email to returns@hqweddingfavors.com for your authorization within 10 days of receiving your order.  We will happily accept returns within 10 days if the items are unused and in the original package.

Delivery Time

Shipping times vary based on the nature of the product.  Personalized products generally required a longer duration before a shipment is placed.

Look for the shipping times in the product description.  Most items ship in 5-7 business days.

We ship most of our packages via UPS Ground or Air.  On occasion, we may use Priority Mail.  Our U.S. and international shipping charges calculated by weight and charges are applied to final order.

Note: You will not see the shipping charge in your invoice. This charge is assessed to final order so that our customers are ensured actual charges.

If you require overnight or next day shipping, please contact us .  We're here to serve you. 

International orders do not follow U.S. shipping charges.  Shipping will be charged separately for international orders.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped in the state of Michigan .  All other states and countries are exempt.
